Je to proces, kter\u00fd upravuje pr\u016fb\u011bh opakovan\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed podniku. Existuje ur\u010dit\u00fd postup organizace: A) vytvo\u0159en\u00ed organiza\u010dn\u00edch \u00fatvar\u016f &#8211; zde je\u00a0rozd\u011blen\u00ed podniku na ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti (d\u011blba pr\u00e1ce, pracovn\u00edci atd.), B) propojen\u00ed organiza\u010dn\u00edch \u00fatvar\u016f &#8211; zde za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vznikat organiza\u010dn\u00ed struktura podniku, organiza\u010dn\u00ed \u00fatvar \u0159\u00edd\u00ed s\u00e1m mana\u017eer, vznik\u00e1 tu centralizovan\u00e9 i decentralizovan\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.Co je vlastn\u011b ta organiza\u010dn\u00ed struktura, kterou jsem ji\u017e naho\u0159e zm\u00ednila? Je to vlastn\u011b vnit\u0159n\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed podniku. Graficky ji zn\u00e1zorn\u00ed a najdeme tam organiza\u010dn\u00ed sch\u00e9ma. Najdete tam, kdo koho \u0159\u00edd\u00ed, kdo d\u011bl\u00e1 jakou funkci a pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jm\u00e9na. M\u00e1me dva typy organiza\u010dn\u00ed struktury: A) organiza\u010dn\u00ed struktury podle organizov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00ed &#8211; a) \u00fasekov\u00e1 struktura (\u00faseky, odd\u011blen\u00ed a obory), b) v\u00fdrobkov\u00e1 struktura (\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00ed podle jednotliv\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f), B) organiza\u010dn\u00ed struktury podle rozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed pravomoci a odpov\u011bdnosti &#8211; a) liniov\u00e1 struktura (to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec m\u00e1 jednoho nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho a ten mu d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edkazy, v\u00fdhody: je tam p\u0159esn\u011b d\u00e1na pod\u0159\u00edzenost a nad\u0159\u00edzenost a jednotnost \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, nev\u00fdhody: vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na vedouc\u00edho), b) liniov\u011b \u0161t\u00e1bn\u00ed struktura (\u0161t\u00e1bn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed a poskytuj\u00ed informace, nesm\u00ed vyd\u00e1vat p\u0159\u00edkazy, pat\u0159\u00ed sem sekret\u00e1\u0159ky, pr\u00e1vn\u00edci a IT, v\u00fdhody: zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kvality \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, uleh\u010den\u00ed pr\u00e1ce liniov\u00fdm vedouc\u00edm, nev\u00fdhody: n\u00e1r\u016fst \u0161t\u00e1b\u016f a neform\u00e1ln\u00ed obch\u00e1zen\u00ed), c) funkcion\u00e1ln\u00ed struktura (zde m\u00e1 pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd mnoho nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch podle jednotliv\u00fdch obor\u016f \u010dinnosti &#8211; v\u00fdroba, prodej .., v\u00fdhody: specializace pr\u00e1ce\u00a0a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvalifikovanost \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, nev\u00fdhody: je zde nejednotnost p\u0159\u00edkaz\u016f a veden\u00ed), d) maticov\u00e1 struktura (je do\u010dasn\u00e1 &#8211; \u0159e\u0161\u00ed se zde v\u00edce projekt\u016f soub\u011b\u017en\u011b, v\u0161ichni jsou si v t\u00fdmu rovni, je zde v\u00edce nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch).M\u00e1me tu i organiza\u010dn\u00ed dokumenty. A) organiza\u010dn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d &#8211; je zde \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed podniku a organiza\u010dn\u00ed sch\u00e9ma, jsou tu z\u00e1kladn\u00ed povinnosti, pr\u00e1va a odpov\u011bdnosti vedouc\u00edch i ostatn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a tak\u00e9 znalost vedouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f. B) popis funk\u010dn\u00edch m\u00edst &#8211; popis jednotliv\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a popis \u010dinnost\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f na tomto m\u00edst\u011b. C) pracovn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d &#8211; ten upravuje pr\u00e1va, povinnosti a odpov\u011bdnosti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, vych\u00e1z\u00ed ze z\u00e1kon\u016f a kritizuje je.
